For more than ten years distiller Florian Faude has been operating a small distillery in Btzingen in South- Germany; one of the most fertile fruit, wine and vegetable cultivation regions in the world. Florian produces a clean and unique range of locally sourced fruit and vegetable flavoured spirits and liqueurs, including a beetroot and green walnut liqueur.
The Beet Roots are field fresh when they hit the pure alcohol (grain spirit).
