Usually served as a chilled shot from their now famous Jager' Tap Machines in pubs around the world, or combined with high-ernergy drinks, or in an explosive Jagerbomb! Jagermeister, means hunt-master and is a German bitter liqueur that dates from the seventh century and made of a complex blend of 56 herbs, fruits and spices. The label features a stag's head with a cross, because according to legend, the drinks founder Hubertas, upon losing his wife, would go off into the woods alone to hunt, and saw a magnificent stag with a floating cross between its antlers.
